This guy had a concert in my home town tonight over at the Hotel, which is a kilometer from here. I sat out on the porch having a smoke, when this song echoed from there, and filled the Nordic summer sky. What a friggin' feeling! Almost like the Angels themselves were singing. Sent shivers down my spine. I didn't even know this guy existed and I had to research him when I came back inside. This guy just captures Scandinavia with his music.

Scandinavia or more specifically Sweden. A land that oppresses the sami people and let suicide be the option out. Sweden is a great country and I am from there but the sami story and the current situation is just as sad as the native Americans. If the angels sing this I won't be hearing it because I am not Christian ;) but is sure is divine.

This is my memorial song for my dog Rosa. I played this song all the way to the vet in hope that it would ease her pain, and I played it on the way home, to try to ease mine. Every time I play this song she is close to me and I relive the grief of loosing her. I have asked my family to play this song in my funeral, hoping it can help me to be reunited with her. It is the most beautiful song I have heard, and I don't think it is possible to create anything more close to heavenly perfection.

I first heard this song during an ayauascha ceremony. While I was journeying on ayauascha this song was playing in the background. I was in deep reflection of my life, all living things, humanity, the world, and how we are all connected via God's creation from infinite unconditional love. 4:23 Then I open my eyes and see my lover sleeping and feel our intense emotions of love and the absolute beauty of it all, and that how our love for each other is sacred. It's really beyond words. Hearing this song again makes me tear. Not from sadness, but from the awe of the sheer beauty of the world, universe and all of creation. ❤️❤️❤️

I heard this song today for the first time. I was speechless for a long moment because this song literally touched my heart. It's absolutely beautiful, the melody and especially how this joik transmits his feelings of the lost of his friend. A true friendship has a strong force just like true love, thus it cannot be described in words. Even though I don't understand the words, whether it has or not, it truly vibrated my soul, in which I was able to capture the emotions he expressed and despite that it has a sad background, it makes me feel in peace. It is proof that music is universal. : )

It's Sami, which is Nordic. They're not actually lyrics, it's purely just melody with voice to give meaning/personality about something, someone, animals or anything. This guy was on Swedens Got Talent (I think it was Sweden) where he played this song for his audition, its for his friend Daniel who died. In other instances, calming joiks are used to calm reindeers and things. It's really a beautiful type of music, makes me wish I was nordic.

Heard this song for the first time today. As soon as I heard it I felt a chill run down my spine. I was just speechless. It makes me think about some places in Northern Europe..Everything is so quiet around and you can enjoy the silence looking at the sky full of stars under the moonlight and it's so cold but it doesn't matter 'coz you're happy, you're at peace with yourself and the rest of the world and there' s no place you'd rather be. You're in heaven already. Definitely one of the most beautiful sounds my ears have ever heard. Thanks for this masterpiece!

Jon is from my country Colombia, I don`t understand even a word he speaks or sing and his beliefs are so different with us, his talent is so deep in his soul, I love his music and I felt it in my heart, he is awesome and amazing. So I ask "can you feel the rhythm running through your veins" he has Colombian blood. Cheers from Colombia. Jon was born in cali-Colombia, when he was 3 years old he left and lived from that moment in Sweden

Rylee R Well technically they're not Swedish. They're actually their own people. However they separate themselves by calling each other "Swedish same", "Norwegian same" or "Russian same" etc. And by my comment I meant that he consider himself to be a "Swedish same", not colombian. Sorry for the mixup.
