Gotta love seeing how haggerty starts stepping in deep with his punching once he sees that Meyer is having difficulty defending those strikes. Great read and finish.

@@cianm136 At Muay Thai. But as we saw with Demetrius Johnson, he gets outgrappled by many top ufc bantamweights. Aljo, TJ, Dominick, Merab can all outgrapple him easily.

Haggerty is a fantastic fighter among the elite but Meyer is not on that level at all . Bold from him to take such a fight so respect to Arthur .

Jon is a Thai boxer that Thai people love for his skill.

Haggarty is an excellent fighter, but I love the respect he shows his opponents as well ! Raising the defeated opponents hand. A great funny fighter and a great sportsman too

Arthur Meyer shouldn’t been in there at all since it was a mismatch to begin with should of been someone one championship level since Arthur didn’t look the part haggerty vs nico Carrillo next is the match to make

Actually on that finish, Meyer was expecting a liver shot that's why you see him lower his elbow to cover his liver and he get punished with a left hook to the chin. Haggerty set it up by targeting the liver 2 or 3 times, Meyer was hurt...

Well its only the elite he really fights, this more than likely just full contact training for him, a chance for other fighters to experience the difference as well though

Haggerty is a monster, great fighter. This looked like a no contest for me though, his fights with the Thais are much better

You can just see it in the way they both move. Johnathans body seems more skilled for Muay Thai, skinny and lengthy which helps him in any Muay Thai fight

Yeah, Haggerty was in there with what? Massive 8 ounce gloves? It was probably like a sparring match to him. He knows he needs get to Asia and strap on those 4 ouncers if he ever hopes to get another shot at Rodtang. Nice to see him on the attack, wish he would get lower, but his elbows were so effective he probably was having too much fun to think about it.

Yeah...meyer had no chance tbf lol, you can tell he ain't on elite levels as Jon, so these kind of match ups are easy peasy for him, he'll win each time.
