So nice to see how humble and selfless John Bon Jovi has remained despite still being worth hundreds of millions of dollars! The decision to live and raise his family in NJ rather than the glamour and shenanigans of LA/Hollywood I am sure has a large part to do with him and his wife remaining grounded. Way to go Jon and Dorothea!

I was thinking about this restaurant the other day, remembering the story on the news when it first opened, and wondering how it was doing. So happy to know it’s thriving and growing. I think adding one to the Rutgers campus is genius. As a mother of a college sophomore, I relate to his comments about the meal plans, because I’m always worried about if my son getting enough to eat with his current meal plan. While at the same time, thankful we can afford it, and supplement with groceries. I will look into contributing to their foundation. They are circulating their financial abundance in a manner that is serving the highest good of all. I am so thankful for that, and would like to support that in any way I can.

I just heard recently something on the news about students going to college and not getting enough to eat. Never really thought about it. It makes sense. Getting a college degree or so expensive these days. Nice family. I am thankful for what they do.

Red Bank is a nice little town, with a great downtown area. So after you eat, you'll have a place to stroll around.

Lets not forget Habitats for Humanity the they're deeply involved in as well. Nit to to mention the fact that Jon's stood by Ritchie all these years with his drug and alcohol problem. Deep respects for that type of commitment to his community, his family and his friends. It's a rare sight in this world.

That is so inspiring! No wonder he's has been married to her for so long! She's an angel 😇 in human form! God bless them both! This is a restoration in humanity! No one Should ever have to suffer from hunger! Happy thanksgiving everyone I hope no one goes without today, tomorrow, or any day ❤️👍👍❤️

The beautiful thing about this concept is that everyone pitches in to contribute. Those who can't pay for meals, work in some capacity to receive them. Everyone eats together. Community forms if even for one meal or work session in the kitchen.People work and eat side by side. Everyone is welcome at the table. And in the kitchen. There is currently a very different model happening in much of the West coast of the United States where people seek to eliminate all suffering before everyone is given an opportunity to participate or contribute. Those being "helped" begin to self identify as being helpless while those who are in a position to give begin to over-identify as being saviors to the downtrodden. People need skills, encouragement and a hand up.

He's aging so well. Been a huge fan since I started listening to American English music. Blessed him for his humility and helping the people. What an amazing Person.

It shows that Jon and his wife are amazing, giving, and both are loving souls to do what they are doing. God Bless you. I am a fan of Jon for his music but I am even more of fan for the giving heart he has. You are a blessing. To give people who may not have a home, jobs, or a place to be you give them a place to eat and be around other people. That's what I call being thankful for. There are many celebrities that do, quietly and without a lot of publicity. I've known about this restaurant for years because I live in a town that's not that far away. I think it's terrific!

I used to be homeless in this area and JBJ helped me so much during this time. I didn’t have much money so they would let me eat there for free if I volunteered and also gifted me warm clothes since it was winter at the time, I’m so grateful to JBJ and the staff, they have such kind and warm hearts. ❤️
