Mr. Z!! I didn’t know you had a channel! I just watched you take Josh and Ollie to an Italian restaurant and it made the Sicilian in me so happy to see them enjoying it. Hopefully you can take them to Italy and we can watch along. And as someone who died and spent 2 days in a coma, I agree. Every moment is a celebration. I remember googling your website when I saw this episode on Jolly and wishing with all my heart that I had access to your sandwiches here in San Francisco. Maybe you can expand your operation 😃

Is it true that American hospital bills are prohibitively expensive even with insurance? By the way, congratulations on pulling through. Thailand has been my home for almost a year and I was diagnosed with Pneumonia last month. I went to the hospital because I was having severe difficulty breathing, and the doctor declared my condition to be life threatening. I have Crohn's disease that was not covered, and my insurance tried to claim that the Pneumonia was related, which is complete nonsense. They wouldn't guarantee hospital payment, so I had to leave despite the doctor telling me I had hours to live if I wasn't on oxygen. It was close, but antibiotics at home seemed to help, and I'm much better now. I've only been to the United States once, when I was ten years old, and now I'm afraid because insurance companies are pure evil and will always try to get away with creating false loopholes to avoid paying, knowing full well that I'm powerless to fight them.

@@mitzikolo It's very true that medical bills are beyond insane in the US if you don't have health insurance. Not all health insurance companies (but a lot of them) are out to scam you, you just have to do your research and find one that covers your providers. Basically, find a good insurance plan that works for you, and you will be fine cost wise. Otherwise, you will pay thousands of dollars for the most basic medical treatments.

Hahaha they didn't hate it. They just thought the bread was too hard for their liking. I can relate because I shy away from harder bread due to my weak teeth n gums.

I didnt like bread due to the crust's hardness. I didn't want my gum to hurt from the scratch of the crust and the chewing part is too tedious. 😂

I love your sentiment of ‘celebrate every moment’ - yes! definitely! You have no idea where life will take you. In my case, I enjoyed my youth, made the most of every moment and now that I’m in my 50s with a chronic illness that means I can’t get out or do much, I look back on my memories so happy that I lived well whilst I was able to and didn’t wait for ‘tomorrow’. And now of course I live vicariously through videos like this - keep up the good work!

I miss good Italian food. There was a little place just off post in Erlansee where the owner, Tony, made great food with his wife and family. Once I came back to the states I haven't lived anywhere with traditional Italian food, just Americanized Italianish food.
