He was nice but he very clearly didn't like anything and didn't hold back the thought. When he was pouring the sauce over the meatballs I felt like I was watching Kitchen Nightmares. But I think he did restrain his demeanor because he knew that _they_ knew it was all bad.

I love that the chef that cooks for the most famous people still have an unrivaled sense of humor.

The actual disappointment in Ollie’s face when he found out the record for meatballs in under a minute was 32 was so innocent but yet funny asl😂😂

I do like how you could tell he was so used to fresh, homemade pasta noodles. He bit into the plastic packaged macaroni noodles, smiled and just quietly said “Yes. These are not edible : )”

The contest aspect actually turned this into a much more interesting format than you seem to have originally had in mind. Keep that, next time they get to go in knowing it's a competition. Also, if you can get a few more items in there that would be cool, best of 5 plz 😁😁

They bring in world class chefs but good Lord, Ollie has world class jokes and humor to match.

6:57 A traditional carbonara is pasta,cheese,egg,pepper and ham.The pasta is boiled/simmered in boiling water for around 2 minutes, drained and then the pasta is immediately dumped into the pan again and egg (the egg is whisked and combined with Parmesan cheese and pepper) is tossed through on 0 heat because the egg is cooked by folding through the pasta. Then you add your sliced ham is folded through.

I love it when people say to others “Oh you have to try this! It’s disgusting!” 😆😂🤣 not going to lie, I do the same thing 😆

That's true that we don't eat pasta with meatballs in Italy, but in Teramo (Abruzzo) we do have something similar called "chitarrine alla teramana" that is a kind of handmade spaghetti with tomato sauce made by nonna (from 6am) and small meatballs (pallottine), it's a must try!
