I've loved JoJo forever but from one singer to an even better singer, she can't keep hurting her vocal cords and straining her larynx like that, it hurts in the moment and it'll hurt after the nodule surgery if she keeps singing those high notes without proper vocal technique. It's obvious her throat hurts toward the end of the song.

This was one of the final stops of a long tour - her voice was just worn out and/or sick. She was struggling to speak, let alone sing. JoJo has some issues with her chesty belt mix, but normally this song is fine for her.
