An argument could be made for Giorno being a Joestar. Yes Dio was the one who had conceived him, but he did so with Johnathon’s body which he had not yet fully merged with. He didn’t even start resembling Dio til later on in his life.

Well as someone has already most likely said this Giorno is a Joestar because it's only Dio's head that's attached to Jonathan's body so Giorno has Jonathan's DNA and not Dio's.
