Love the pool. The garage is a plus. The walkway in the home is what I love. The bathrooms is a huge win in my book.

The only thing missing is an elevator.. Love it when the fireplace doesn't have a tv mounted above..Panel ready built in refrigerator is a better fit than the huge box type that sticks out..It provides a seamless flow with the cabinetry..👍

I Iike you Dan sugar, I really do, but the only way to get to Van Alystine is via 75 and unless TX is planning on widening out 75 it is not worth it. 75 drops from 4 lanes to 2 lanes each way.....heck no. On to the house: For 4300 sq ft my master must include a wet bar 25x25 with a separate sitting area with fire place AND a private patio. The tub needs jets, along with the shower. For $1.5M I need two closets. The fact that the flooring is vinyl flooring and there is little to no brick on the outside. For $1.5M I need my home to have brick. Also, you need two laundry rooms, the garage needs to be expoxy for $1.5M. There is nothing in this home that we haven't seen at lower price points on your channel. The land is great, but when your home is basic at best the land doesn't matter especially when it's going to take you 45min-1hr just to get to civilization. If it's an accident make that 1hr50min+.
