Hey. I have been in one of these townhomes or whatever their called, in downtown Dallas Before they were all purchased and they were still being built , me and my mom were admiring them. Their close to Farmers Market. One of the construction builders or operations or someone said we can go in and explore so we did. The middle floor was a kitchen. The bottom was the entry but nothing really there and the top was the bedrooms and etc. It was pretty cool and nice to see. I've never been in such a nice place like it. God Bless those that can afford and do. ❤️

Is this sold yet? Questions> What is the building structure itself built of? Brick, Beton, steal? Is there a basement, I assume not or you would have shown it? I am trying to understand how solid the foundation of the townhouse is. Further what about A/C and heating throughout the home..is that central? How old are the water pipes? Was there ever any damage to the townhouse from storms, tornadoes, flooding? Interested in that.....
