Johnny Meyer & Mo Pitney - Showboat Gambler
Музыка
It felt so good to get this group of people back together under one roof and play some good bluegrass music. Here's Johnny Meyer singing lead & playing my old Crowe on "Showboat Gambler" with Mo.
All the best and keep rollin,
RC
The Band:
Johnny Meyer - banjo & vocals
Mo Pitney - rhythm guitar & vocals
Cory Piatt - mandolin
Blake Pitney - bass
Nate Burie - couch surfing enthusiast
Russ Carson - camera operator

I love the family environment with all the wives and kids hanging around. What a great community!
My stupid face! 🙋🏻♂️ Living the dream here in this video. I'm the "normal average adult male for scale" 📏
Isn't it funny Russ how you only have 19.3K subscribers yet you produce some of the highest quality bluegrass videos. I enjoy the quality you put into them.

Love the way he plays!!! Thanks for this Russ!!!
I thought that looked like your banjo. Love your posts. You can always spot musicians in the audience, they shake their heads in time.
Been watching John since they were little kids in that mobile home in West Virginia....love it Russ!
Awesome guys! Stick with the Bluegrass!
Nice video, great to see these natural settings and hear the nuances that are freed up, thanks Russ, wishing you the best !!
Thanks for posting such good bluegrass music.
It's nice to see you back on the banjo
Great job. looks like a fun gathering.

Man that's hard to do !
Now wasn't that nice. Mo was on it. Always enjoyed Corey Piat on mandolin. Met him in his Kenny and Amanda days. He took my advice on the sound. Thanked me afterwards. Nice to chat with as well.
Thanks for doing that number! Brought me back to my CD « My Home Ain’t in the Hall of Fame ». Could you guys do a few more from that CD?
At 1:58 John looks like Tony Rice 😂
Best boy music song texasss?
Who’s mansion is this ???
Apologies, I need somebody to explain, I mean there must be a story; why there is a telescoping ladder mounted like a picture on the wall?
