Heard is so CLEARLY GUILTY but she’s a manipulative, a pathological liar and a narcissist and she won’t back down. If John was a real abuser, he would have stayed more alert during the trial. The fact, that he is staying soo relaxed on the verge of falling asleep, speaks for itself

As a man of advancing years myself, I can tell you that it's often hard for us to stay awake as the day grows long, even under normal conditions. Given the extreme mental and emotional stress Johnny's going through, it's gotta be grueling as hell.

@@downtownlive2544 That dork lawyer was just so used to saying "objection: hearsay" all the time that he subconsciously made himself get triggered by the slightest sign of a statement where he can say it. he is so focussed on it, that he just accidentally even said it to his own freakin question. only goes to show what AHs lawyers are there for, to try to yell objection anytime they can to silence people from telling the truth. Luckily there has been nothing but evidence that Johnny is in the right and that AH is a liar. Johnny will easily win this case.

The only thing he could sue them for is fabricating evidence, which to my knowledge isn’t really the case, they’re just manipulating it in a way that doesn’t reflect reality. Nevertheless, my main point is that Johnny can’t sue them for defamation.

They are parasites, cashing in on humans controversies. They all get paid regardless and they decide in backroom deals who wins, securities are floated and judge gets paid too. This is how they drain the accounts of sheeple clients who do not know the law, Courts aren't about justice, all crimes are commercial, its a big theatre show and all about cashing in

To put himself through this agony of reliving the worst few years in his life says much about this man in just wanting the truth out there. Abuse victims gotta remember and relive truly awful moments. It's not only hard to come clean and tell the truth when the abuser is in the same room, but it's exhausting having to go through the entire process of even getting into court, topped off with reliving a possibly traumatic moment over and over again for the sake of a case. Johnny must be exhausted as hell.

It takes you’re motivation and good heart away from you and makes you feel like giving up. I feel bad for him. Falling asleep yesterday too, I thought it was my imagination. Poor guy. All the stress and anxiety built up, then released it all after he finished testimony and now it's a bunch of repetitive stuff, it's tough! I fall asleep when life is like that too! Getting sober is exhausting too.

He's a beautiful mind. This whole ordeal has been exhausting for him. I thank those who are helping him get the msg straight. I'm hoping Mr. Depp and his loved ones can close the chapter on this part of their life, take a deep breath and get back to normal. Finding closure is vitally important.

Someone could make one of those hour long ambiance videos titled "You're listening to Johnny Depp's trial in another room, listening to lo-fi, while it's raining softly outside" with the trial conversations muffled and stuff

Omg! I just envisioned this. 10 hours of Turds lawyer only asking witnesses (on a loop) "did you notice what make-up she was wearing? Did you notice what shoes he was wearing? Was she wearing a hat? Was he wear a scarf?" Next witness. "Did you notice him wearing glasses? Did she have her hair up? Did you know what designer cloths she was wearing?" Next witnesse.. "Did you notice what jewelry she had on?". 1 hour would be enough but this is KZread, make it 10 hours on loop. Dead asleep in 30 mins.

As someone who’s sat through trials for myself on multiple occasions, it takes everything out of you. Like you wouldn’t think sitting there would make you tired but it does. Just essentially fighting for your life/freedom/money. It makes you just wanna find a cave and just not come out for a month.

@@dangerous8333 Of course I do have a different opinion...Mrs Heard SAYS he has been abusive, Mr Deep HAS had: his finger cut out, his nose injured by a bottle, his face burned with a cigarette, his arm scratched by Mrs Heard's nails, he has been injured psycholgically and physically to the point of colapse, and also he has been recorded without permission. SHE was acussed in 2009 for her female girlfriend (or wife, I am not sure)of agression, Mr Deep has NEVER been acussed of that. Everybody who has been interrogated so far has said that "they did NOT see any injuries in Mrs Heard's face or anywhere else" at the time of the allegedly abusive experiences (including police officers). Mrs Heard lawyer LIED saying that she has to cover the injuries with a makeup that DOES NOT exist at the time it was STATED that it was used daily and during all the time their relationship last. Only in the realm of mathematics (logic) a False statement can led to a True conclusion. FACTS are more important than WORDS in reality. Once the first victim of Weinstein spoke, ALL victims started to tell their stories and the narrative of those victims was SUSTAINED by a huge ammount of evidence to the point that he was sent to jail. This is also a CIVIL trial not a CRIME trial, where Mr Deep deserves to clean his name. You can not compare Mr Deep with the Weinstein case. (I appologize for my english. It is not my native language).

Humour can be a coping mechanism. There are people, like myself, who 'nervous laugh'. Various people have different reactions to stress/abuse - laughter is one of them. It is different from a typical hearty laugh at a joke. It's just a way to release your body/mind from the tension of the situation. Moreover, lashing out in court would be a bad, bad idea in Johnny's case and Amber's too. You don't want to show that their questions are getting to you and that you are easy to trigger. Your reaction can and will be used against you.
