So you guys don't think both of them acted trashy and brought the worst out of each other? Yes I believe she has manipulate the truth to make it more dramatic but I don't think Johnny was a saint either, I think both went at each other physically and emotionally. I hope both sort out their sh*t, stay sober and get treatment, both have kids in their lives. I can't even imagine having a relationship like theirs. Johnny is the older one and should have been the wiser one, at times you could hear him being more intelligent about their problems but let's face it no one can be that drunk, trash a place and not be seen as aggressive. If my husband or any of my former partners ever trashed the place we livec in I would be scared as hel and out of there. I also won't push my partners buttons to the point where he loses it like she pushed his buttons, it's unfair to expect your partner to keep his/her cool after verbally abusing them. They feulled each other on, I can't look at either ever again without thinking of her pooping the bed and him painting the walls in blood and mash potatoes. In not taking sides on this one, I just feel so normal watching this. Hollywood is just a weird place and it will be better not to know anything about these stars.

Amber Heard should really go to jail at this point. She has consistently lied on the stand under oath. We should take victims of abuse very seriously and false accusations equally seriously.

I used to dislike her Lawyer but if I take a step back and actually look at it - she was roped into this with lies that, at the time, had not been exposed fully yet. Amber is the one feeding "Amica" aka Arnica. Amber is the one pushing the "bruise kit" and she has made that poor woman look like a fool time and time again. They have nothing. She is defending a nutcase and the career she worked on (probably for most of her life) will likely never recover from this and it really isn't her fault.

Regardless of whether they dismiss her counter claim or not, this gives Johnny's side a chance to point out all of these details now, without cutting into his remaining time for the closing statements. It is very clever to remind the jury exactly why she is counter suing, which they have not proved at any point over the trial. As Ben is saying, Waldman is not employed by Johnny or his team, and as her whole case seems to be based on what Waldman said, and the idea that he was under Johnny's influence, is bunkum, there is no case. Absolutely true. If you don't bring an objection in court the court will consider the issue uncontested and you loose your right to fight against it later. You'll often see layer objecting or making motions simply to reserve the right to resolve them later. Refusing to make a motion will be seen by the court as an admission that the issue is agreed upon by both parties. Lawyers can be and have been sued by their clients for refusing to make objections on issues that were in dispute causing them to loose their cases.

People are saying this case will help men being abused by women But I think this will help take women abusers more seriously in court, period. The facts are simple. AH presented dozens of new material, emotional statements and drastic physical assault allegations that were not present in the UK trial and this was done to pad the HOLE in her legal suit in Virginia. This was orchestrated by her legal team in an attempt to persuade the jury to fill her legal holes, with emotional statements. AH didn't establish majority of her statements and faulty lawsuit. She has exhausted the legal system, while abusing Social Media/Media Connections to create the image JD was guilty, using media to tarnish him instead of allowing the court to do so. She's manipulated multiple avenues to target JD, which is another form of abuse.

She didn’t sign the pledge card? But said she pledged the money to the charity. What a liar….

If they would give her some jail time for all the lying on the stand she would think again before she tries doing it again!
