I prefer the double black as oppose to the black even if the black is 12 years old. Still love the black :-)

I have to agree, the double black feels a little special

‘Oopsie’….lol…..I am sure there won’t be any scope for ‘Oopsie’ the day you review the blue label…..superb review….I got the double black as a gift some years back….flavour profile was best on rocks….it’s really professional to get distracted while pouring a drink…I have stopped using the jigger altogether owing to such professionalism….just wing it !

IMO overpriced, can get the normal black label for better price. Its older whisky as well.

While i do like the elevation by adding water, and the slight charred texture while having it neat, it does come across as very similar to the black label… That’s a good perspective you’re sharing! 🥃🥃
