Haha drank the cool aid bro. Its ok I did it too. Just fucked my v8 off and got a factory turbo 80 and back to happy days. Rolls coal, flexes like lulu lemon, spools off its head and eats common rails on the tracks and bitumen.

What an absolutely machine

I'd personally be nervous driving such a tall ute in serious offroad conditions - Just appears to have been body blocked for no decent reason as the articulation is restricted by the leaf springs. I do love the 79 and admire them for their robustness but could never own one as they are completely agricultural to drive.

a stock 1hz manual 105 series would smoke this offroad hahaha

Cram some 40" treps under it and it would loock perfect. Then toss in some lockers and alloy front shafts and call it a day. Again, i wish the US would relax the import regs so we could enjoy the cool stuff yall have

once you get to 40"s it needs to register as a legit truck so that means log books and all the other fun stuff of owing a truck. and when the cops run the plates and see its a truck they will really want to take a look at you rig and do you for the tiniest things out of place. wish we had CDL's like the US buy a RAM and use it as a daily drive but still be able to tow heavy when i need to but here we cant 2500 8,920kg (19,680lb) 3500 15,920kg(35,100lb) on the US ones the Australian ones 6,000kg (13,220lb) any more and it needs to be register as a legit truck so if the wife's car is out of action and she needs to use your rig to go shopping she also needs a truck licence even if she is not towing. its also why they dont sell well FORD dont even try to sell the F series down here to re-register a UTE as a truck to get the full towing capacity is a pain in the ass so most people just go straight for a truck.

Impressive rig, somehow I doubt it is legally complaint

A4S Media should have this tuned mate, the 1hdfte has got to be the best Toyota engine ever made and is more than capable of making 400-450 horsepower with a new turbo and other upgrades, not dissing your rig at all I just know this engine is capable of a lot more than 130

Harry walker I'm a Chevy and Toyota kinda guy. As I like Nissan the frontier I had even as a road queen didn't last but a year and it was a brand-new vehicle straight from the dealership it was a 2015 and in 2016 June 19 it left me stranded on the side of the road until my pop's came to get me. Never had that problem with Toyota and with the Chevy it was my fault I jumped it knowing it shouldn't be jumped but I was trying to impress a girl😂 at least I got the girl out of it

Kudos for effort but an overkill like this becomes useless. Getting in an out... cant reach anything from the tray, any tilt becomes higher risk now, not mentioning legality. Aaand aaaaany rig can still get bogged.

if you had it in qld it would be off the road straight away with the new 4wd model laws
