@@peachberry2846 The old testament speaks of graven images because some Israelites worship another gods whenever they have been conquered by foreign power

@@peachberry2846 actually it is probably what He looked like, because of the shroud of turin, but also if a depiction of Chirst is a graven image and an idol, then why did God command depictions of cherubim on the ark of the covenant out of gold? if Moses were around today and he put the bronze serpent up on the rod, iconoclasts would call him an idolator.

As a born into catholic - most definitely gnostic. I am currently on the rabbit hole of El vs. Yahweh and the evidence of two Gods of the Old Testament. But majority of Christian traditions come from the area of the initial converts which was largely Greek pantheon mythology followers and pagans. Spice in about a thousand years of corruption and you basically got a kick ass anime but nothing resembling what yeshua would have taught in his day

@@JustinAndCars I absolutely agree. In Hebrew tradition El is Yahweh’s father. Fun fact ba’al is Yahweh’s brother. Elohim has always been plural meaning the powerful ones then we have the watchers who were the Ben-Elohim (those like the powerful ones). It is very surprising to find that Yeshua seemed to devote his life against those old gods. Who I think are the titans in Greek mythology. Different name same story.

You want to seem so perfect yet forget that you are foul from within. As every human being is. Repent for your sins as we all do. They are historical accounts dude, look into it. The Bible is literally a compilation of historical texts. There’s better evidence of their reality than of Alexander the Great.
