The boost in low sounds that we wouldn't otherwise hear from modern hearing protection is what sold me. I can only imagine how much better this tech is.

These are great. They are amazing. Know that in a dangerously noisy environment, sounds that can damage your hearing and cause permanent hearing loss also travel through your throat. Muffs over the ears do most of the "heavy lifting" for protection but no muff will provide 100% protection.

I love my sordin pro ear pro. You didn't mention that it's almost like you don't have them on. The sound direction and situation awareness is outstanding!

I just got a pair but they don't have the new Hear2 functions... You think I should return these and try to locate a pair that has them?

Just in time for me to be in the market for some quality shooting muffs. These sound great, and I'm ALL about saving my hearing. I can't really tell if they're available yet, as I can't really tell the difference in ads between these larger volume sets and the previous versions. Is there any dead giveaway to look for while shopping?

"Sordin" labeled by itself is the new group. MSA Sordin is the old.

I bought two Sordin Supreme because I value high quality and good support. I thought it would make sense to buy from a European manufacturer in case of service. Puppy cake!!!! On one of my Supremes the rubber coating on the cables literally fell apart. I only carried it in my shooting bag and then to the shooting range. So I can't figure out why it dissolved like a rubber. The really annoying thing, however, is that I don't receive any answers to my emails from Sordin. As a result, I will never buy Sordin products again.

Usually you have to send a couple emails. I had to send 3 to receive a response and actually called the Sweden phone number

I wonder if you already have the supreme Pro-X LED if you can replace the current Gel oda for the SFA Gel version? Are they compatible?

@@Killjoy.Z I dropped a note to Sordin and asked if there's a retailer that has the Supreme Pro X SFAs, they suggested trying one of the retailers in Germany... I think this means they aren't available in the US as of yet...

I just got the new ones. The modes are pretty cool. Hunting mode is super clear and excellent ability to distinguish sounds and direction. Focus mode is very sensitive. Shooting mode is kind of weird, there is a hissing background noise, it definitely cuts the higher frequencies, I tried this at the trap field tonight and found it makes gunshot sound very comfortable, but you sacrifice speech intelligibility and other more nuanced sounds. With speech, it seems to cut the "s" sound almost like you're talking on a radio or telephone.

i thought shooting mode is suppose to help with face to face talk....at that is how I'm reading it in their manual.

I just boughtSordin Supreme PRO X Neckband Safety Ear Muffs- 76302-X-10-S- Green but they don't have the new Hear2 functions. I'm very disappointed 😞.

Where'd you get them from? The Hear2 tech ones seem to have just recently come out.

Too expensive for me. I've got Walkers several years ago. And, was looking at Axil as possible replacement. However, there is never a limit for better things. Judging by reviews these headphones are better than others I've seen so far. We'll see what next year brings :-)

I replaced my Sordins with a set of muffs with more noise reduction, as I have some high frequency hearing loss and want to protect my hearing as much as possible. This new version is a welcome change. Will an upgrade kit be offered for those with older versions of the earpro? I hope so, I'd like to be able to upgrade instead of buying a whole new set.
