Does this remind anyone else of the music that played on Blue’s Clues when Steve would draw in his notebook?

Lovely piece . I’d love to know the compositional approach , ie is it worked around a specific set of harmonies with improvisational motifs thrown in or is it pretty much composed as is ? Regardless , it has has soul .
