John Newman's voice is hauntingly bluesy with many many colors of pain and hope. Honest, cutting and exposed. An unbelievable talent of painting a deep emotional hurting ballad. To shut out feeling lonely and can you love me again...funny....I have experienced the song writers emotions, actually experiencing as we speak. Each song effects me deeply. Loss and hope. I actually like the fact that he takes his time to write his songs. And the results are incredible. Each time its a different meaning and no ideas are repeated. It's a shame that he's one of the very few musicians who can achieve this.

This is song is perfect for me. I've been feeling so alone and I act like i'm "happy" to my friends. They think i'm "so happy" and I just hate it. But to shut out being lonely...I get out of my head... That is the thing..Its hard to shut out being lonely...

I watched an English program the other night & the audience seemed lost but trust me, they are going to be grateful they saw him in the flesh. He's coming to take this world by storm. He'll make you dance, sing and cry and at the end of it all, you would love him. His haunting soulful voice will make your pores wonder where has he been? LOL!!!!!
