Well it’s playback, so unfortunately he’s not actually singing live. Just sounds a little different cause it’s in a lower key :(

Awesome I know a girl that went to school with John Michael Montgomery n I didn’t know that I have a picture of John n her n her husband he passed away a while back he drove a truck with my dad for years his name is Dave Wright called him Chester n his wife is Jackie wright keep driving those big trucks u too god bless

Another lip-synched version of I Swear. Ahhh! I would rather hear his voice the way it sounds now. Although not as good as he used to be, it is better to have the real thing, not a recording from who knows when. He is really convincing that he is not lip synching though, I will give him that. But look up other versions of him singing this song and his other love ballads and compare it to him singing more upbeat songs like Sold and Be My Baby Tonight and you'll see the difference. And also look at his reviews of his concerts for the last couple of years on ticketmaster...the fans have even noticed lip synching during the love ballads. Not at every concert, but too many examples of videos posted from fans.
