What a fantastic, inspiring drummer. He always plays so relaxed and freely. Love his style!

Saligia, soo good man. You know a song is hard when there are 4 different videos on the Internet of the same song and they are played differently everytime. What a masterpiece.

I don't understand all the complaining about the lack of triggers. A completely acoustic performance, without both triggers and mics is a rarity and freaking awesome to see. It shows aspects of his drumming that we otherwise wouldn't see. Things that would be covered up by the mics and triggers.

“It shows aspects of his drumming that we otherwise wouldn’t see. Things that would be covered up by mics and triggers.” 🤦‍♂️ You obviously have no clue about triggers and mics with an ignorant comment like that. What exactly do they cover up little buddy? Triggers and Mic’s are used mainly for volume purposes because they help the audience, Johns band members, and John hear every note that’s being played. In extreme Metal when drummers are playing at super high speeds on double bass the triggers allow us to hear every hit of the drum where as without triggers you can’t hear every hit as clear. If a drummer messes up with triggers it is very noticeable. It sounds like sporadic out of time 🍿 being popped. Without triggers mistakes made are not as noticeable and can be completely not heard. So your comment is 100% wrong because triggers and mic’s actually expose things that are hidden when you have no triggers/mics equipped. People are complaining about having no triggers because you can’t hear every hit on the drums like you can when the triggers are equipped. People that think triggers are cheating are clueless because the drummer still has to play the drums at speed and like I said before if the drummer has triggers equipped and they mess up and play out of time you can hear it clearly. So it makes perfect sense for people who are listening to this to want the triggers equipped because if they were you could hear every hit crystal clear whether you are there in person watching him play or watching on your 📱 or 💻 like we are. But you can’t hear what he is doing on the bass drum at all in this video. That’s where triggers solves that issue.

Hehe yeah, those who supported the project got a mail like a year ago or something, saying that it would be released in February. The most annoying thing is that supposedly, all footage is recorded, it just hasn't been edited...

For those complaining about the lack of kick in the sound, I mean, it couldn't POSSIBLY be that a SHITTY SMARTPHONE CAMERA is to blame for the POOR SOUND, could it? FUCK. I've worked with Mr. Longstreth on multiple occasions during my time in the music industry, and, let me tell you, there's nothing weak about any aspect of his drum technique. So, you keyboard critics, shut up.

+Onin Rawr Doesn't look like he's hurting at all. Triggers should never be used to substitute for the effort you put into the drum. Only the amplification and clarity of your sound.
