And just a tip.......when I am working on this thing, I put it up on cinder blocks. It raised it up another 7-8 inches, and was much easier to work on. The tractor won't move forward or back when not running.

When I mounted the H2 hydraulic control box underneath, I used the original hole on the top, but drilled a new one at the bottom. This put the box at a 45 degree angle underneath, and lined up PERFECTLY with the hydraulic lines from the transmission. I didn't even have to tweak anything. They just connected up straight away.

As far as the snap rings around the hydraulic connections up front.......I had to use the 90 degree snap ring pliers. It was a little bit of a pain, but I got them eventually.

Thanks, I enjoyed watching it. I have a 318 that friends think should be replaced as I am always working on it but they just do not understand.

Where did you get another tractor for the parts you needed I need a grill for a 330 by the way great job
