When they're making the video the acoustics in the room aren't always good and the artist isn't always singing the whole time so to get around it they pre-record the song and have them lip sync it so that it appears like they are. It makes the process much easier. They do voice overs in film too.

it isnt very real, cottoncandy, bubblegum, 29 pages not 290 pages or 2900 pages easier, i enjoy, three styles is mr barrowman referring to his hair? i dont get it
