Bangable is absolutely a real word

the Spelling Bee's list of words is unfortunately not a list of all real words, hence why it is says "Not in word list." For example anole, a very real type of lizard, is not a valid guess (much to my chagrin)

My hatred of the NYT word list is immense. So many words that aren't in their list, but Salet, an archaic spelling of Sallet, is in their word list! I get angry every time.
Why doesn’t John, the larger and more dominant Green, simply eat the feeble Hank Green?

@@mainie_videoediting I've long found this interesting among different groups of siblings. My siblings and I are from a split family but we've only ever said "mom was doing suchandsuch" or "our mother told me", never "my mom thisandthat", however, my closest friend growing up and his sister, who are just like an old school "nuclear family" have always said "my mom" or "my dad" to each other.

I have only recently discovered that John and Hank, who i have followed separately for a while, are in fact brothers. I live for these reunion videos of which i have seen like 2 fresh ones in my time following this articular channel. As somebody who lost a sister in childhood, i can only imagine what siblinghood of adulthood looks like. Thank you do much for letting me live vicariously.

The trick to the Minis is to never stop. If you don't know the answer within a couple seconds, move on. Eventually you'll find the answer to something and the crossing letters will help you figure out the ones you skipped.

Just like siblings everywhere. They’re in the same room, listening to each other, excited. And _even though_ they both can, obviously, hear Hank go, ‘I got it, I got it!’ first - they have to check. Thanks to the nature of the film, we can breath a, heartfelt, sigh of relief.
I'm always BAFFLED by how good Hank is at Connections!
The sibling energy is so strong here and the editing complimented it wonderfully!

Can we please have this be a regular segment, it's so entertaining 😂😂
The chair squeak when Hank looked over at John nervously, made me laugh. Like, way more than it should have, probably. lol
If this video counts as "sports" (and I really hope it does), then this is the most sports I've watched--and enjoyed!--in a long time. Thank you for opening my life onto vistas I didn't know I could reach.
The most sibling thing that ever siblinged. 🥰 P.S. chef's kiss for the editing. ❤
I started doing the connections because one day on Hank's channel, you did the emoji connections, and i was like, "i should try it." I found out my sister does the wordle and the connections and we text each other now to see how the other did that day on the puzzles. I found out even my nephew does the games, and it's given me something to talk about with him. It makes me happy.

Am I the only one noticing that Hank is beginning to look more like John as the time passes.
My favorite part of this video is that Hank admitted he didn’t have the capacity to work on part of it and delegated to one of his competent people.
I love the glasses tilt going into connections. Inspiring to watch a competitor truly lock-in.
Milo did a GREAT job, the cuts made me laugh out loud so many times!
This scratched a competitive itch that I didnt know I had
This is a head to head competion for all the glory! Hank: "here, i'll help you". 😅😊
I could've watched you two play this for 20 minutes. How fun.
Fun Fact, The Pickett Center for Tuatara Research is a place i recognized instantly. It's in Vancouver. It's the Bloedel Conservatory. Which is an amazing giant conservatory gardens. Such an amazing place.
I need more of this everyday
Wordle, connections, and strands are my daily go-tos!
I love their different strengths, John is very good with language and words, and Hank is very good at divergent thinking and connecting different ideas 😊
Whenever I make a comment complimenting a youtube video, I always try to include enough specific detail that my comment couldn't be mistaken for a bot comment. What a world we live in. Anyway, great video.

If you want to get better at it, there's an app I really like called The Daily Puzzle (the icon is like a mini newspaper with the headline "Daily Puzzle") that has an assortment of these sorts of games every day. Some of them are super easy (the wordsearch - yawn) but there's one exactly like Spelling Bee and one that's similar but you're filling in a Scrabble type grid thing using the letters - it's really helped me to learn how Spelling Bee type games work and get better at making words out of an assortment of letters. Your mileage may vary but it's free and takes like 15 minutes a day if you do all the puzzles.
"I got a text from MY dad". Is there something you want to tell us Hank? I can't do wordle. It stresses me out too much, but I do love connections.
