I think the Spotify deal is huge. Especially with KZread censoring people, this is huge. KZread has felt untouchable for a long time and that they could do whatever they want. But now with the possibility of streaming companies doing something like this, it’s shaking things up a bit.

Well said. I think alot of these guys convince themselves that they got where they are by hard work alone. Of course hard work played a part but so did being in the right place at the right time and that's mostly luck. Rogan has had alot of luck to go along with his hard work. He did not create his own luck like these guys like to think otherwise everyone who works hard would be successful.

Omg stfu, you wouldn't ask Dana White to do the commentating for what was seen as a barbaric sport that would never take off for free and u wouldn't sit down making 1000's of episodes of podcasts for free. Joe Rogan is more successful than you because he works harder and smarter than you, simple. People make their own luck. The harder you work the luckier you get. You can be a complainer or an achiever but u cant be both. Yes plenty of people work hard, but they either have no vision or they are only working hard compared with their own maximal output and other people are working harder than them. Like there are people who come to western countries with literally nothing and make millionaire empires but here you are calling it luck, sickening

Ive watched joes career from his news radio days where he was my favorite character on the show. Im constantly blown away by the quality of his work product that hes put out and all the different places hes popped up over the years with that same consistency. Good for you joe rogan!
Being humble and being able to progress are 2 of the best qualities a person can have. You got both Joey.
There are people who get it, they get the game, they succeed in life.

na bro work to your strengths, work HARD, and don't let opportunity pass you up, nothing more any of us can do.
"I aint stealin" lol, you even got the clips channel and brick wall... xD
Uncle Joey is the most truthful person out there. Always giving it to us straight and telling us how it is. That's the kind of person you need on your side. Telling you how it is straight up no BS
Coining it at the end there.. Bless you Joe
Congratulations Joe. Been a fan since “Joe Rogan questions everything.” Well deserved!

Works hard but more importantly he is likeable. For podcasts and presenting, which is what Joe does, you've got to be likeable. I dont go along with him being one of the smartest guys. I think thats more comics sucking up to him. But he does come across as genuine and likeable. And thats more important if you want big audiences.

@@aubreydean2246 He does work and there is a skill to what he does. but yes its true he gets paid to talk as a likeable host who ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of people. He probably likes to think he is a comedian but thats not really his wheelhouse. He is like 'freinds' the show or mcdonalds, Easy, going entertainment. Its not michelin star dining like a Chapelle etc. But Mcdonalds gets paid and so does Joe.

So many people in this comment thread sucking Joe off like mad crazy. Look... Joe's great. *The Best* we'll see in a _veeerry loooong_ time. But all that hard work and energy he spent for all those years could've went down the shitter, just like many other people out there who also worked their asses off. Luck *did* play a part in Joe's career. It wasn't the main factor, but it definitely played a key part.

Joey we love you brotha!! Keep being you always and forever!!
Mind: finish ur opinion Joey: let me smoke this shit 🤣
walking into a store saying you'll work for free, is far from the same as ofering to work for free as a UFC announcer. he knows that down the line, from being on tv; he'll get some good money out of it if he keeps going, and it widens his name. but i get where you're going with it

Lets not focus on the technicalities, you get the point. It's rarely about external circumstances, it's mostly about how bad do you want it and doing what ever it takes. What use is it to be thinking about all the things that could go wrong, if it means sacrificing our dreams and purpose in life. It's just a way of avoiding the pain of not doing what we really wanna do..

At the time nobody thought the UFC would be anything. They were being thrown out of every state and had to put events on rezervations only. None of them knew the UFC would turn into what it is
