So much horseshit right here. 1. Competitive eaters are thin because they regurgitate virtually everything they eat. There is absolutely *_no_* secret about that. 2. Competitive eaters expand and train their stomach by consuming dangerous amount of fluids (which are also regurgitated). Recent article - "Cincotti said he'd eaten a thousand hot dogs since May in preparation for his second try at the Mustard Belt." - Nope. Not even close. He utilized cheap liquids to expand his stomach capacity. 3. Competitive eaters usually don't have much of a satiety reflex - naturally and/or by training. Change the competition to one where regurgitation is not allowed for 6 hours and the amount consumed will be reduced *_dramatically._*

lol such BS. They usually fast for 1-2 days before a contest, then eat only vegetables and some protein for a couple days afterwards, and exercise like crazy except on the day of the contest itself. Also, they train with low calorie foods like lettuce, not liquids which pass too quickly through the system. Regurgitating would damage their throats and strain their muscles, it would be counterproductive, as well as being a choking hazard. Also, regurgitating doesn't prevent you from digesting carbs, which is why bulimics aren't thin. They also have hoarse voices from the throwing up, which isn't normally the case with competitive eaters.
