If anybody here is curious if Joe is knowledgeable about the wrestling business, check out the 1on1 interviews ESPN did for WrestleMania 40. Joe did the interviews and they were really well done! He knows the business very well or perhaps he just really did his homework! Either way seems like a good pick up for WWE.
I, personally, is more wwe > college football. never heard of Joe Tessitore but after watching this entire video, He has got class, enthusiasm, and emotion in his calls. Got a good voice. Excited to see what he can do! Welcome to WWE, Joe!

He's called some epic moments but watching him trying to keep his composure on Holey Moley while Rob Riggle cracks jokes is classic.
Best commentator in all of sports. Gives me goosebumps...lol

College Football is more his strong suit then MNF. His energetic personality is a better fit for the college game. I like that Tess is back calling College Football games.

This guy is going to suck in WWE! Hes going to be boring like Tony Shivone
Tessitore is corny, ungenuine and makes the broadcasts about him. Saying things like "Texas is back" and "what do you say we end it right here" he is trying to steal the spotlight instead of letting the game tell the story. He is also very condescending in his delivery which just makes his calls so hard to listen to. I always mute the game when he's on the call. I'm very thankful he never calls any of my teams games.
