There is no way your going to get the majority of catholics going back to wearing veils again, and 3 hr masses in latin - I grew up with latin mass, i won't go back to that. I hated it. It reminded me going into underground tombs of Rome like some cult, or funeral every Sunday. I feel it's old new thing now, like bell bottom pants , and smiley face tee-shirts.

Or is he not willing to even say he is a believer? Because if it’s the latter, then he ain’t a believer. Jesus says to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth. If you are saying Jordan is denying Christ before man in order to retain his own professional life… then I suggest reading the Bible more often, because Christ tells us we’ll have to submit to him, and it we will lose our life. That’s what being born again is all about. Your life outside of Christ is always going to be under Christ. Your suggestion is that Jordan is putting his life above Christ’s, which is exactly what an unbeliever would do.

Originally that was jordan petersons stance as well. he has fought through the depth of christianity and has come to recognize that the world physically, psychologically, ethically cannot exist without God. And the bible accurately portrays the world as it runs. It is not a book of rules to be in the “make-believe club”. as what athiests think it to be. It is a story, HISTORY, of how God interacted with his people, the jews, scarily predicting the future of Jesus first coming, the destruction of the temple, and HUNDREDS more miraculous prophecies which you can basically fact check now via google and chatgpt and textbooks. Make the effort and be saved, because Jesus came to take our place of death so we can have eternal life no longer facing pain and suffering.

The Scriptures aren't there as a science textbook; they are "only" full of graces and wisdom and a preservation of tradition, whose duty and inviolability are to communicate how to participate in the Resurrection, and beyond that simply to love as Jesus loved. I feel possibly the talks on ayahuasca and psychedelics (through podcasts etc) has possibly influenced stronger beliefs on a higher power. Seems more and more people are finding it harder to disregard it therefore beliefs in Christianity could be positively affected through that? I haven’t done any psychedelics but it feels that could be helping.

There is no way your going to get the majority of catholics going back to wearing veils again, and 3 hr masses in latin - I grew up with latin mass, i won't go back to that. I hated it. It reminded me going into underground tombs of Rome like some cult, or funeral every Sunday. I feel it's old new thing now, like bell bottom pants , and smiley face tee-shirts.

Or is he not willing to even say he is a believer? Because if it’s the latter, then he ain’t a believer. Jesus says to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth. If you are saying Jordan is denying Christ before man in order to retain his own professional life… then I suggest reading the Bible more often, because Christ tells us we’ll have to submit to him, and it we will lose our life. That’s what being born again is all about. Your life outside of Christ is always going to be under Christ. Your suggestion is that Jordan is putting his life above Christ’s, which is exactly what an unbeliever would do.

The Catholic Church is not the only church that follows Christ. All Christians ✝️ follow Jesus Christ. Denominations are a man made concept that's void of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ words tell us not to be divided by such dissension. We are all followers under Christ.

Originally that was jordan petersons stance as well. he has fought through the depth of christianity and has come to recognize that the world physically, psychologically, ethically cannot exist without God. And the bible accurately portrays the world as it runs. It is not a book of rules to be in the “make-believe club”. as what athiests think it to be. It is a story, HISTORY, of how God interacted with his people, the jews, scarily predicting the future of Jesus first coming, the destruction of the temple, and HUNDREDS more miraculous prophecies which you can basically fact check now via google and chatgpt and textbooks. Make the effort and be saved, because Jesus came to take our place of death so we can have eternal life no longer facing pain and suffering.
Jesus is the Truth.

The focality of the Catholic Church's teaching as regards Genesis are its soteriological lessons, which are true and preserved to echo and demonstrate the significance of Christ, but whose literality of account on almost all matters are not yet upheld in Dogma nor even at this time by the common view of the Church (especially in light of its culture's traditional numerical symbolism and communicative methodology), and whose emphases in part reflect a human desire to memorably communicate and pass down teachings on the distant past. It is the Gospels, on the other hand, which are in most regards extremely well-attested contemporary accounts of the life and acts of the historical Jesus. As regards the sciences, remember also that Copernicus, Mendel, Lemaître and many others were practicing Catholics throughout their lives, and though they were failed at times - for instance, the works of Copernicus were suppressed by the authorities of the Church after his death until a while after strong early signs of their vindication came to light - these "lowest among us" are clearly identified in the Catholic conscience as jewels of the Church, whose persistence in both distinctly attested religious calling and scientific pursuits focused on concrete knowledge of material nature has presented stark testimony to the Catholic charism for scientific pursuits. The Scriptures aren't there as a science textbook; they are "only" full of graces and wisdom and a preservation of tradition, whose duty and inviolability are to communicate how to participate in the Resurrection, and beyond that simply to love as Jesus loved. There is a lot of good in their teachings. Me, I've just seen the last few years that the most common sense, especially during covid, that most common sense and truth was being spoken by people of faith.
I feel possibly the talks on ayahuasca and psychedelics (through podcasts etc) has possibly influenced stronger beliefs on a higher power. Seems more and more people are finding it harder to disregard it therefore beliefs in Christianity could be positively affected through that? I haven’t done any psychedelics but it feels that could be helping.

Joe Rogan was one of the reasons I spent some time in my youth being an athiest and the older I got the more I began to look more into Christianity and how effective it is as a model for society. Interesting if he really is becoming Christian.
