Such a great channel. Thanks for this. I recommend you read Ken Shamrock's autobiography and maybe make a video about it: Shamrock The World’s Most Dangerous Man (2020). He describes how what messed him up, as a fighter, wasn't his stint in the WWE but the bad habits he acquired while in the WWE (sex parties, drugs) and that he was still doing that when he returned to MMA. He's on Team God now but this video reminded me of the opposite, which I saw in that book. Good stuff. There is only 1 God and the His prophets have shown us how to live a good life.
