Lost someone who was like a second mom to me in January. I unfortunately let a lot of time pass without talking to them. I can't remember the last thing I even said. It's difficult still to even think about her at timed and not feel that regret. In a weird way it woke me up. I decided to actually do something about my mental health, I enrolled in school, looking for a different job, bought a dirt bike so I could enjoy the outdoors more. I still have bad days mentally but doing different things and trying to stay motivated has helped a lot. I can get up and start the day a lot easier.

I just assumed it was the way things went for me in math classes. However, things happened and I switched majors to cs & I had to take a ton of math classes. I realized I could get better at math, and it was probably the best feeling I’ve had in years. I went from being intimidated, to getting A’s in my math classes. Extremely rewarding & I’m glad I made the switch

When I was younger, around age 13. I knew exactly what I wanted to do in life. I had a whole plan. I knew which university I was already going to. I basically knew my entire life script. I even had a KZread channel that was successful and founded a large group of fans for my KZread Channel, and Discord. Up until age 17 which is where my life changed forever. I had an existential crisis. Lots of questions, anxiety, and depression. I stopped doing KZread, isolated myself, stopped talking to my fans on discord and KZread. I basically vanished. I haven't told my parents of my channel bc I thought it would be weird and they would think differently of me. Now I work a 9-5 that I hate because that's what my parents want of me. Now I am about to go to college which I don't have that much of an interest in. I think my true interest is doing KZread, and I have so much REGRET because I stopped. I'm am now 20 years old. I feel like I messed up big time. I did all that childhood work and for nothing... I've never felt so stuck in life.

I've done a lot of hard work, made quite a few positive changes, but I've never actually successfully attained a ,"win". I say things like, "Taken more L's than W's", "More bad memories than good ones." I am a loser, and it's okay to be depressed about it. There would be something wrong with me if I wasn't depressed.

He mentioned one things that I also was my experience. Maybe some of the best decisions I made in life, that helped me make an upgrade on my life, they were the most unpopular decisions. No one supported me in the best decisions I made. That realization was powerfull for me and I would support young people to try to get know themselves for real and respect, love and nourish that. It became harder to do that knowadays with so much distraction but create the opportunies for that. Being alone and silence is most important for that. It is painfull and unbearable in the beginning but once you overcome it, you are then ready,

His advice: NEVER train close to your threshold. Make sure you train as much as feels good to you and as you feel motivated to, then stop before you run out of motivation. To me the greatest challenge is for me to not be self-absorbed and challenge myself to be a better human being daily, while also loving my neighbor and the community and the earth in general as I would love and treat myself, i.e., the 2nd greatest commandment from God. It was easy in my 20s and much of my 30s to just push for my own goals and accomplishments and career and such. It becomes much of a challenge for me to try to realize I'm just one of a multitude of human beings , and my life accomplishments , physique, goals, etc. Don't make me a "better" human being than my disabled neighbor or elderly man who is 80 years old, or high school track star , etc.

I believe that when we are honest with ourselves then we are happy , we are unhaappy when we live against ourselves . This applies to both : the work we do and the relationship with the people we share our time with . At least that is how I see it from my perspective .

You have to learn to realize that you are in a dream, that its just a dream, but a dream that you can control the narrative and become sentient with the person/yourself in the dream... thats how i started but i def recommend looking into it and yes there is a lot of misinfo but its a trial and error type thing

I’m almost 23, and it’s hard to be consistent every day, I know it. I was consistent for 3 months, I felt amazing , like I had full control on myself, I felt like life has a taste unexpectedly that was so freaking cool, but I lost it, and since than I couldn’t get it again , because I need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable again and damn it’s really hard to bring it back. But I will try again!

He was an actor and a comedy guy since the 90s. I remember him on the show newsradio. Martial arts has been a lifelong hobby for him as it is for me. He was also a ufc commentator early on when 'mma wasn't even a thing or considered cool'. He's smart for the doing the podcast thing when he did because he stopped acting all together or stopped getting acting jobs. He is not an *overnight* succes. He is very intelligent and sharp in keeping himself successful in the celebrity world in his own way by keep his name pop culturally relevant. He's not a-lister, but definitely a b-list or c-list. EVERYONE does a podcast now but Rogan did it when celebrities DID NOT HOST podcast and those platforms was beneath them because it's wasn't mainstream.

JR is a true leader. But the one thing I disagree with here is the emphasis on physical health over academic intellectual, emotional or spiritual health. Yes it's true physical challenges are mental, but mental acuity is a superpower on its own. If you lose your physical health, you can survive with your intellectual/academic health ie. A healthy brain eg. Stephen Hawking. But the corollary does not apply ie. If you lose your brain health completely, your body simply can't survive on it's own. The important part is getting the balance of all of them. Notice there is no actual Western conversation on emotional health?

That's when Donald made himself a deal that ended up making him a multimillionaire and was able to pay his father back the million dollar loan. It wasn't until many years later when Donald Trump was a billionaire when his father passed away. The wealth of his parents was not that much in comparison to the wealth he had made at that point. I can tell you have severe TDS going on in your mind.
