Feeling down during this hard time, I discovered Jody Wisternoff's music last week and let me tell you it is on repeat. It helped me so much! I haven't heard this kind of music for a loooong time. So much emotions, vibes, nostalgia... this is so good.

I believe you are right, before Anjunadeep 05 the sound was Ajunabeats for the most part. Jody bought that soul. Sprinkle in some 16BL, Lane 8, Yotto, Luttrell and the rest is history.

@@kr7437a I Believe there are very good artists in Ajunadeep roster. I wouldn't want to just spill out names because I believe every each one of them is special in it's own way. However, what I was trying to express was that Jody is the sound that perfectly matches with the name. At least in my opinion..

wow - ive been listening to dance music since 1990 pvd, sasha, digweed, seb fontain, sander kleinenberg etc i did not know jody was part of way out west. I have 3 way out west vinyls! His music is so current. I dont feel many of the djs/producers from back in the day have managed to be so current with there music production. Just shows you how talented jody is

Firstly, the thought of someone being able to produce such beautiful music is touching, and secondly, I started listening to Jody and Anjuna during a difficult time for me. Jody!! I remember when you dropped the Original #10 Cold Girl, Hot Drink! WHAT!! It was Epic! I had a residency spot at a few places in NYC at the time and this track was straight Fire. As soon as people began to hear it bring mixed in they went nuts. It was ELECTRIC! Thank you. It was all you brother! Sitting here now, many years later, typing this, I can still feel those days. Sidenote: much love and respect for not selling out to commercial music. I think I recall this original track being showcased on ASOT at the time. Yea, not the type of music you'd here there nowadays. But to each their own.
