There is much here that I agree with. The distinction of treating someone with respect and having respect for them in your own mind.

Echo's spot on at 36:36. I look back to when I was in school and i'm sure if i applied and dedicated at least 2 hours of work outside of school 5 days a week, every week I could have easily graduated with all A's instead of spending 4 hours a night on COD:Modern warfare 2 and Street fighter 4(as much enjoyment as that brought me). At the time and that age, you don't realise how Important it is, no one explained to me that If I worked hard now, it would pay off immensely and give me a little extra boost when I entered the real world. It all seems so simple looking back. I'm now 25 and have been working my ass off since I graduated Uni at 21 and I can't help but wonder how much further I would be in reaching my dreams/goals if I'd had this attitude at 15, or 18-21. I essentially did the bare minimum to get by in education (some B's/Mostly C average student) all the way to 21. I've realised once stepping into the real world, that way of working isn't enough to get me to where I want to go in life. It could have been... there are many low effort, cushy jobs in this world I could have fallen into, but for me to get to where I want to go, I need to GET. AFTER. IT.

Hi, I was looking at the Jocko store to get some T-shirts but I couldn't find a size chart. I live outside the US now and sizes here don't match US ones so I like to check the measurements before placing an order. If you could add one for each category (T-shirts, Hoddies, and Rash Gaurds) it would be much appreciated. Thanks for another awesome podcast.

Please put a "Talk Timer" on Echo. Don't let him talk for more than 30 seconds at a time. Put a button timer on the table and make him press it every time he talks and if he can't skip to his moronic point within 30 seconds then, "NEST QUESTSH"!
