Jocelyn DeBoer & Dawn Luebbe On Writing, Directing & Starring In "Greener Grass"
Ойын-сауық
In a day-glo-colored, bizarro version of suburbia, soccer moms and best friends Jill (Jocelyn DeBoer) and Lisa (Dawn Luebbe) are locked in a passive aggressive battle-of-the-wills that takes a turn into the sinister when Lisa begins systematically taking over every aspect of Jill's life. That's just the tip of the gloriously weird iceberg that is "Greener Grass," the feature debut from writers-directors Jocelyn DeBoer and Dawn Luebbe.

One of my bros has to put it on any time we have a new friend over who hasn’t seen it yet.
I'd absolutely LOVE a TV show from them! either a greener grass film or a different idea. i love so much these kind of surreal, weird, awkward, creepy, dreamy movies! so unique!

Greener Grass was my favorite movie of last year. Really hope these two get to make more films together.
i'm so glad they kept it a film and not a tv show! one of my fav movies ever
We need more movies like that!!! Low-key one of my all time favourites!!!!
It's so rare that we get a movie that actually does something unique and takes authentic and uncompromising risks, without immediately undoing them with unnecessary exposition and heavy-handed over explaining of plot. In my opinion Greener Grass really speaks to those of us who don't see much difference in the absurdity in the film and that of modern conventional/traditional society. The filmmakers just amp up the visual style and use force perspective, but why is it all the irrational, nonsensical & idiotic elements in a movie are so obvious and either enjoyablely appreciated or confusingly annoying, but in our "normal" society and conventional culture the same things are completely ignored & overlooked or just moronicly accepted? The cows intense moaning as Jill desperately cuts out her braces is some of the best Visual Cinematic Metaphor that I can remember seeing in a long time. Really impressed by this movie and do hope to see more from them soon.
They seem to truly admire one another. I love the way they look at one another instead of the host when eachother are speaking. Can't get enough of this film or these ladies!
THESE WOMEN ARE GENIUS!!!
Absolutely brilliant movie! I watched it yesterday with some friends and it blew my mind. Best movie i`ve seen in a long time.

This and VHYes are two of the best films I've seen in a long time. Funny and dark in perfect ratios.
Best movie I’ve ever seen
queens
I could see it as a show. But honestly glad it was a movie. Might have lost depth with so much filler. Love the film so much.
I feel like the Greener Grass TV show is just PEN15

I agree! Topics are so deep and need to be dig... How can he ask about their outfit? What he needed, the name of the shop?

He couldn't ask more because the movie wasn't out yet so they didn't wanna spoil it
Lol the blonde hardly talks. It's like when you have an assignment with the class clown and when you get up to present they just stand there Feldman and you have to do all the talking. Their dynamic is so interesting

This is a cult movie.
I did acid and watched this movie wouldn't recomend
Why cant women in dresses on talkshows manspread? I mean, women on the beach wear panties out in the open right? To me, it seems like its no different. I think women should not be so afraid of sitting comfortable even tho they are wearing skirts.
