delighted to notice Dame Joanna uses such a traditional fragrance as Rive Gauche is, she is not a woman to be swayed by the plethora of floral and sweet fragrances.... so lovely to see her

I love Joanne's passion, I remember the Lion shooting, which was disgusting beyond belief. I'm on the animals side. Ban animal trophies.

Kia ora, greetings from New Zealand! Personally, I have no problem with hunting animals for food, but we don't eat lions, nor Elephants! Killing animals for the share joy of it is twisted, and is, in my opinion, seriously sick! Killing merely for pleasure seems to me to be one of the more negative traits of humanity. We normally try to identify, and treat people who take enjoyment/pleasure in killing, we also often refer to such people who like killing as psychopaths, or sociopaths! Food yes, trophies, absolutely not. Once, we as a society were ok with trophy hunting, but we know more now, and we know better, because of this we can no longer site ignorance as a factor, or excuse. A healthy society will continue to grow, and discard the 'wrongs' of the past, opportunity is knocking on the door right now, allowing people a chance to make a difference, to right an identified wrong! Now, a change of subject, Ab-Fab should not, in my opinion, return, it could end up damaging the very thing some might want resurrected I believe Jennifer Saunders, the show's creator has made the right call, no more Ab-Fab, I view it as a form of conservation, the last thing needed is another take that might 'kill off' any future interest in the original Ab-Fab shows going forward. As Kenny Rodgers sang, 'you've got to know when to hold them, and know when you need to fold them.' The show is now part of comic history/legend, and it would be a shame risking/gambling its memory with something that may not attain the same allure, not to mention, but, I'm going to anyway, statue that the original offering produced. Ab-Fab, is, both writing, and acting comic genius, let's just be grateful for the pleasure this 'one of a kind' show gave to its tens, if not hundreds of millions of fans Worldwide! I think a heck of a lot of us have known a Patsy, or Adina (or someone with one, or more characteristics of either) at some stage in our lives! Thanks for the memories Patsy and Adina, we took you, both, to our hearts, and ladies, your still there! Such a fine, outstanding career Dame Patsy, oops, sorry, Dame Joanna! I am with you where 'Awards' are concerned, you are so right, it always comes down to a particular taste for a particular genre! I pay no attention to who did, or who did not get a particular award, now, it is not, in my opinion, so much about the acting (or other) ability that determines who will, or won't win, it is more so what their political 'bent' is, and the causes they represent that sees awards flowing towards them, I cannot be bothered with that type of hypocrisy! Furthermore, I would never insult someone like Dame Joanna with an acting award, just because of the effort she put into Gurkha recognition, she herself would, I believe, be appalled if such a thing were concerned. Her career and any cause Dame Joanna might choose to champion are two completely different things, and that, in my opinion, is how it should always be viewed. By the way Dame Joanna, I really enjoyed your work prior to Ab-Fab, in particular, I loved Sapphire and Steel, I thought it to be quite a 'surreal' TV show! I'm not the greatest fan of the term 'surreal,' unfortunate it is an example of a really good word being overused everywhere these days, perhaps I too have fallen into engaging in the word's overuse, but put alongside Sapphire and Steel, I think its use is somewhat validated! Talk about a 'rambling rose, I do believe it is time I 'mosied on off' into the sunset!

used to love her but she put her tuppence worth in about covid and food shortages. She said we should bring back food vouchers like during the war, cutting people’s food allowance and choice. She’s a multi millionaire and won’t be cutting back will she?
