I've been a singer my whole life. I also have chilhood trauma related to parental neglect. I can't tell you how much I understand the pain in her face when she says "I was a cryer all my life", I can't tell you how much my face wants to do the same just by seeing her. So I'm here at 5 am preparing a singing lesson and crying my heart out when she says we can show everyone in the world how beautiful we are inside just by singing or allowing ourselves to cry or scream. That idea alone feels more healing than any therapy I could dream of.

Wow! Jo Estill herself. How wonderful that this film was made. "...Once they know how beautiful they are inside then there’s nothing they can’t dream of doing...and do it". An amazing woman.

What a beautiful person. Just learned of her method and then found this video. It's a good feeling even to know that others appreciate her goodness and wisdom!

Jo once said "Everyone has the same voice. Everyone's voice is different from every other voice, but it's used in the same way" and we couldn't agree more.
WOW.

No digas incoherencias.
