    In every sect of Kenyan government corruption is rampant. I think the problem is that public official don’t get paid enough money. Especially if you are university graduate.

    Grand Mullah over here is contradicting himself...in part one he said the Judiciary is not to blame for the failure in the fight against corruption ...and here suddenly they are to blame, which is which?
