There is a big difference between talking about a issue and using that issue as a political tool. When you talk about it and have a positive discussion about it your main aim is to solve it in a positive way where all those parties affected benefit from the talk. But when you use it as a political tool your aim is to be the only beneficiary. And that's what the Ruto camp want. But should we be flabbergasted by the sight of a politician using the problems affecting the citizens of his country to achieve his ambitions? Am just astounded that so many are blind to the trick! The us vs them narrative has been used by many to get to power. Hitler was one who used it and so did Trump. Trump has always made it him vs the establishment. And if you look at Ruto carefully you will see that he copies as much from Trump as he possibly can. Trump started using the term fake news and soon after Ruto started using it. Trump started talking of the deep state and soon Ruto started talking about it as well. So him making it a hustlers vs dynasties is just sticking to the script. But what worries me is how much of Trump will he copy.
