Law is embedded in Philosophy. He is a philosopher therefore he understand law perfectly I think thats why these things come easy for him. The guy is challenging Supreme court judges.

They have dismissed it on the grounds of considering the votes cast and counted only ( and excluding the destroyed votes). And if one goes by their grounds, the 50+1 threshold was achieved hence the ruling.

Its hard. Most Kenyans love injustice and corruption. Many will side with leaders who portray and execute the same. Most Kenyans are pretenders they like to look the other way and wish away things they know are wrong in society. Yet others are simply scared, too self aware to be seen fighting for a cause because of how leadership in this country suppresses people. Omtata really doesn't have to recruit, when Kenyans get really and truly fed up, you'll see them on the streets too chaining themselves to gates. Just hope it won't be too late.

Lots of antiseizure meds out there. I have seen patients on these kinds of meds into their 80s and 90s. Many still on trial medication for years. My guess is it he may have just found one that worked on him. Also guessing he used traditional medication before other versions flocked the market. Truly lucky chap. No wonder he fights for people the way he does coz he could have lost his life a long time ago.

There will be a revolution. Maybe not physical but hopefully it will take place in people's brains. Kenya as it stands have embraced tribalism and it is affecting every aspect of our lives. Kenyans, Africans will have to retrain our brains to accept ideologies even if they are not represented by people who look like us or sound like us. It may take a short time of a lifetime but the truth is there will have to be a revolution of minds.

When public defenders make too much noise, those who hold power allow them to eat. They will keep him busy with a small cake so that they can eat the bigger cake in peace.
