For those who argued jennie is leader, yg offered the role to her bcuz she is the longest trained there, leader doesn't mean have to be that. As you can see in this video, even jennie is always finding jisoo for help, not just bcuz jisoo is the oldest but she just have the leadership qualities. For example, a leader supoosed to say 1 2 3 n give speech saying tq and all that, when jennie was given the chance, she doesn't know what to do and immediately turned to jisoo. No offense btw! In their heart, jisoo is their forever leader n oldest sis who is always behind them 😘😘

Leadership isn't about being the all rounder of the group. For me, Leadership is the act of guiding a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation, and care her/his team mates
