It's crazy though, because jiri had some really good moments in that fight. But than again, literally at the start of that fight periera already had jiris leg fucked up good. He turned jiri into a wrestler quick. It's obvious that periera is the better striker on the feet.

Jiri doesn't blitz. He had a lot of success fighting from the range but he also ate a lot of leg kicks in the 1st poatan fight. He only got caught when he decided to get into the pocket where poatan's most lethal weapons can touch.

Jiří doesnt feel pain when will Joe understand that. So what that his legs doesnt work he still stands and walks forward every fight. You need to one shot him or you are done.

Jiri's defense is his face. Works against some guys, but poatan is gonna send him to the shadow realm with no early stoppage excuse this time. He just hits too hard for jiri to try and walk through.

The problem with Jiri is that stances susceptibility to leg kicks and how it affects his specific style.
