That’s because he’s indigenous of the native Aztecs likewise also other people from Central America with Mayans. Just because you are Mexican or from somewhere else and look “Indian” doesn’t mean you are Indian. You just have ingenious roots. Even white Mexicans or black Mexicans. Central America and Mexico have a vast diversity in its culture.
