My father lives in keelakarai . He has also seen jinns . the story is when my father was going home . A muazzin came with him because the muazzin saw a jinn behind him because. He was reading ayat ul kursi . So he will be safe from the jinn . at the end he came safely home.

May Allah reward those who build this beautiful Masjid whether they are Jinns or Insi ! Greetings from Somali man lives in Seattle Washington USA.

Jinns are also Allah's creation ... have lots of respect for them... They are extremely powerful than humans.

mashallah very beautiful. I don't know much about this masjid. I must admit I see the shadow pass . I for not am to judge nor question about This masjid if the masjid has been built by jinn. subhanallah. I personally believe there are jinns and yes they are invisible to the naked eye. they exsist everywhere are the globe.

I've visited this Masjid few times. The grave of famous Sufi saint Swadakatullahil Qahiri is beside this Masjid. Mughal emperor Aurangazeb made a mausoleum over this grave.

Sorry I could not spot any jinn in this clip. I just wasted my time, but it was a nice mosque. thanks for showing.

Brother You are right no one could see the jinn nor talk to them unless you qualified to do so. They are not harmful but they could be dangerous too.it depends what jinn it is.

Jinns is like close to human, they have Muslim,christian and Judeism. But they live not for 60-100years. They live 1000years and has more power than us, like the pyramids in Eqypd they build it.

i dont think JInn can built in one night, 1,when prophet Sulaiman As. watching his servants which is Jinn colony made new palace,he keep watch it until he passed away...and no one of the jinn know he has pass away until the staff of Prophet solomon was gnawed by termites. and He fell down. (seems to be many days/months he has already died). nice mosque anyway..

I live in kerala I also know this masjid. The jinns built it by one night. jinns were working all the night until dawn. And they left when people started coming.

Never disrespect the folklore or legendary stories because mostly they are true. Its my experience. The living example of this you can see the tomb (dargah) of hazrat Haider sekh at Malerkotla (punjab) its boundry walls are made by jinns in one night by obeying the order of Baba Haider sekh saab. Its in Malerkotla's history.

Drum is used while azan at the earliest time bcoz far people can't hear the voice of azan (no speakers are there at that time )so they use both vocal call and drum sounds ....

ayesha ayesha its yeah like a drum but its for calling for prayer before azan ,its from ancient time when there is no microphone ,peoples from far places cannot hear human voice by azan but they can hear the sound of drum,the drum also been hit if there is someone died or there is a fire in the village.

+Abdullah Owain Allah has given several power and abilities to Jinns. Some of them are doctors, engineers etc. We can see the place from where they have collected stones to build the masjid.

A KZread user with a long name: im not surprised when suleiman a.s can built the whole structure of Jerusalem by jinns. Friends of Allah in islam cant ask jinns to make a mosque? It is very simple after the revelation of Quran.

The drum has used from centuries ago to get attention of people before AZAAN. There were no way to hear AZAAN more loudly in the absence of electrical devices. When the drum sounds people will listen for AZAAN.

seeing a jinn is impossible because there is a veil over tour eyes wich dis allows u to see a jinn
