Actually, he's not from a rich family. He said it before that his family is quite moderate until his father promoted to a better job/position (iirc but I might be wrong his father's work but yeah, he's a modest boi) :)

However, if you follow bts festa bombs bts runs you will catch snippets of infor frm members that his fmly is quite wealthy. At d very least frm middle class upper so may not be cheabol. 1. He alredy own a car predebut to be able to fetch and sent JK to school 2. Both JK & JH mentioned predebut, Jin had taken them for meals at hotel 3. Jin's family moved to seoul since he was still in elementary school, and they live in the most expensive area. Their old house(his family moved again around 2014, I think moved to even more expensive place) already had two bathrooms like namjoon's family house, in Korea that means big house or apartment. Jin said his family situation is close to namjoon, but I think hes been modest. He didnt even live in their dorm till 2012 cuz his family house is close enough to travel daily. And form jimin's description about pre-debut time, Jin always has some expensive looking things. Also he often the one who know things or already had experience when it comes to expensive food and activities. There's a live he said he thinks the best food is in gangnam(an expensive area where his family lived), and asked which one is jimin's favorite. And poor jimin was like... Bro I don't eat there... I know nothing. lol I think Jin trys his best to hide he's form different class compares to other members, but it shows in details. But I do think his family has really strict rules about not showing off, so great parenting taught a great young man.

Thats why jin is my bias, he makes me want to do better day by day. Im so proud of him.

jinniethemoon Yes omg, I think he’s such an interesting person because he’s pushed himself SO hard and has had an INCREDIBLE transformation with his singing and dancing ability but he’s also not as hard on himself (nowadays) when things don’t go the way he wanted. He always talks about being kind to yourself and giving yourself a break. That’s so inspiring to hear, because he’s proof that you can work your ass off whilst still being kind and loving to yourself. I feel like people usually view it as one or the other, but you really can do both. When we work hard and things go wrong, we say such ugly things to ourselves. We shouldn’t. Jin has taught me that.

Jin still the quiet one he just show results, but doesn't say much about his feelings and how hard it was to get to the point he is right now. what i find amazing with jin is he's retrospective & proactive that is why i can tell he has wisdom in dealing with life experiences. he's not complacent, very hard-working to keep up with the other members, humble enough to acknowledge his weaknesses and acted on changing them. what he has become now is something that he can be proud of and as a fan of his, i feel proud that i stan this kind of person. you're on the right track, kim seokjin of bts!

I admire him because he had to change his whole personality and be a total different person so people can notice him. I've been an army for quite long time now 5-6 years and i can tell that fans didn't like him he didn't have so many fans and people said he was awkward but for me as soon as i was introduced to the members i chose him as my bais because i relate so much to him I've been through the same personality struggles. And as he started changing in early 2016 i started changing too and my life now is so much better, because having an awkward and shy personality isn't really helpful in the world we live in people will bully you. But just like rm said yesterday's me is still me, and tomorrow I'm who i am with all my faults and mistakes. Sorry for the long comment💜

🙌🙌🙌👏saameeee. I was also very shy and in these years I have changed because as you say in this type of world being shy does not work. Jin's personality is incredible. Although it has changed since its debut, the quiet Jin is still there and i think the him it's really a mystery he shows just exactly what he wants to show. My cousin is also an army and she says that sometimes she doesn't like Jin so much because he is not "humble" and I am like "dude, seriously you are not paying attention"

Thank you bunglie jin for making this video. I always love your videos I somehow get to know Jin more through them. What striked me in this video the most is that Jin is so honest. Honest seems like such a simple word I cannot express how amazingly honest I think Jin is. He is so honest you can actually call him pure. I always see people saying that he is hard to read. Sometimes I see a video and think, "I don't think so. He is just an introvert and is reserved but he is actually vocal and expressive when asked" but then I get to hear him like in this video say that people say that he is very different from the Jin he is portraying, that he lives Jin and Seokjin differently and that Seokjin lives happily but living Jin is difficult. JIN and the rest of BTS have always been honest with how they feel or what they want in life thats why i find them so refreshing and trustworthy to be called idols. What you see is what you get. I appreciate that. Their lives are always an open book. Most of their acts are scripted of course but i feel that as much as possible they present their real selves.

He's such a wonderul person. I hope when things doesn't seem right for him, there's army and seokjinnies who love him so dearly. It breaks my heart whenever he's down about himself. I will forever tell the world about how wonderful a person he is and how great his music are!
