If you had a friend like this it would be the talking point of everyone who knew him. This is not normal behaviour. It's a frightening situation. Some of these people are in high levels of govt. The extreme result is visible - observing the situation in many middle east countries - what happens when extremists gain control - especially religious nut job types. Hiding behind the curtain of morality and imaginary beings in the sky is their game. The tendency to allow critical thinking to slough away in favor of sky gods of 10,000 years ago gives the suspension of reality a lot of power. People who throw sand in the ocean to appease the sea god. Just scary. If the ship isn't turned around we WILL certainly end up like Afghanistan or similar.

Silkendrum I would rather EC in the Race than Beto O'Rourke whose motives for running are very questionable: severe narcissism and lining his own pockets seems to be his motives, and the US does not need someone like that to run right now. .Nobody seems to mention he has the same profession as Donald Trump (millionaire Real Estate Developer), amd has close ties to Wall Street. Let’s just pit a Tombstone the US if that narcissistic idiot runs or is Biden’s (if he runs) rumored VP pick. BR can't win in his own State, and this disturbing talk of him being an automatic VP pick' if Biden runs is insulting to the strong Dem Female candidates.. You know when you need to stop is when you start to make Blobfish Ted Cruz more appealing, and nobody likes Ted Cruz. Do not know why i'm going on a Beto rant because it is too early to tell’ but am concerned that he will be an automatic VP pick as it is rumored, and it is clear to me as it was with Trump - that his motives for running are selfish and not for the Country. The Dems have a lot better candidates to run this time. Elijah Cummings is a rare sincere' heartfelt Politician’ and can unite this divide nation - which is rare in this climate I wish he did run' but probably has no interest

Your argument is too logical. It would have to be presented at a rally in order for people to understand. It would have to be a shorter sentence be surrounded by ranting and raving on weirdly unrelated topics, and be followed by getting everyone to hate the press.
