You joke, but that drumset looks like it belongs to that band and so Jimmy has to adapt to the fewer instruments than he would play on his own drumset.

Absolute goosebumps watching this! I was lucky enough to meet JC, my biggest drum hero, a couple years back at the UK London Drum Show just before he released his second Jimmy Chamberlin Complex album...they say you should never meet your heroes; man, am i glad i got to meet him! He had all the time in the world for us and was totally down to earth and real... a real cool dude! :) The kids done great here, the young lady who played the solo section towards the end of the song really impressed me, but you were all fantastic! This is what music should be - giving back to the next generation and inspiring them to enjoy one of the greatest feelings in life; the love of playing live music with friends, and the joy of honing your skill on an instrument! Well done one and all, and JC, you just get cooler as time goes by man!

Lol. I was wondering before I hit play if JC would just blow the sound out and to be fair, even though he looked like he was gonna keep a lid on it, he kinda didn't (my opinion). Anyway it's not as bad as my other fav drummer Stewart Copeland at his 50th. He invited a cover band and then proceeded to blast them so hard I think it making it hard for them to play. I can't post a link but the video is called Stewart Copeland's Birthday Jam! Pt. 1. (Driven to Tears) . It is awesome drumming but jeeeezuz.

Everything about this is awesome. Kids nailed it whilst having the time of their lives and Jimmy continues to play and rock it with passion. He's the reason I started drumming and if I could become half as talented as this man I would be very happy :) very lucky kids! Also the singer is the spitting image of Billy. Doppelgänger?

The kids were superb and what a pleasure it was to see Mr. Chamberlein at work.... just crushing that freakin drumkit!! Great job all around, singing and playing at the same time isnt easy and the young man up front did wonderfully considering his youth and experience level. Great tune!!

This is so awesome I had to watch it three times, haha Bless you jimmy C being so cool for the kids Interesting how he wants to really push the tempo, kids keeping steady tempo, then half way he wins
