Look at the difference between Harden and Butler now that they're both 32. People are calling Harden "washed" while butler looks like he's in his prime. I think without a doubt it comes down to work ethic and discipline

There is something to that. But in fairness Harden has been extremely durable over the time span he's rarely missed games and technically been more durable than Jimmy. To your point the mentality is the key difference

@@davey9090 The work ethic will extend your career especially as athletes age and their metabolism changes. LeBron James is in a league of his own when it comes down to stay in shape, it would be cool to see a video of a full length workout.
