You have to be very blind not to see that this song is for JK. Yes of course Jimin loves the Armys more than anything but there is someone he loves even more and that is Jk. In his live, however, he will probably say what many people want to hear, namely that this song is for the army. But that white lie is okay. Military service is still pending and I don't think he will say the true meaning. He wants it but he can't yet. But actually he doesn't have to say anything at all, if you can read between the lines, you know who the text is for. Because why would he write a song for the Armys and then hide it? He could have put this song on the album as a normal bonus trackor he could have put out an extra single for the armys. And didn't he say "I saw that you already noticed the secret". Should a song about his love for the Armys be a secret? He and the boys always openly showed his love for the Armys. No need to hide such a song. And he sings "Baby"....and there's only 1 person he calls Baby and that's definitely not the fans. And why would Jimin blush so much when he talks about a secret love song for the fans? We've seen him blush like that before, and it was only one person responsible for it each time, and that was JK. But the past has shown us that there are many blind armies who don't want to see the truth and prefer to live in their little fantasy world.

Crazy. Well anyway whatever THEY try, WE'RE always here to stop that drivel and support our boys in their BEAUTIFUL and GLOWING LOVE. THEY'VE OBVIOUSLY worked very hard on their relationship to get where they are NOW, and we won't let anything negative try to taint that. I LOVE this song, and I cried SO HARD when I first listened to it. It's like a wisp of calming breeze on a balmy morning sleep-in, or the sound of rain showers on an intimate night. It just evokes all kinds of nostalgic feelings and memories I haven't even lived in this life. What a genius and visceral creation. We are so fortunate to have this look into JIMIN and JK's relationship and their dynamic. I only hope and pray for EVEN MORE happiness and LOVE between them for ALL their days. I do believe Tae's love is in bts and it jhope from what I have seen there is something there. I showed even more after they went to Hawaii with their families them standing in a pool in the rain together , jhope using a troy savant song I bloom for you during the trip with pictures.. But this was ignored by the crazies. Jk and tae have grown up together and are good friends that is obvious they can't be expected to not interact because of other peoples lies . When I first heard of the song people were saying "it's a letter for ARMY" so I was like "oh I'm interested, let's go listen to it". But not kidding, when I listened to it and read the translated lyrics I remember thinking to myself "are you sure this is for ARMY? Because it sounds like something more" and the first time I listened to the song, I didn't actually notice Jk's background vocals. BUT, the second time I listened to the song and as soon as I noticed Jk's voice in there, I'm not kidding, I burst into tears. That was two days ago and I'm still not sure why I cried because it sure as hell wasnt because it was due to the "song being for ARMY". I'm not sure what those other haters are thinking or the ones who think it's only a song for ARMY because the lyrics clearly describe a relationship that just... doesnt seem like a relationship with fans. Jimin was singing about the person who is closest to him and its obvious it's about JK. All Jk's vocals did to the sing was 1. Make it sound even more amazing than it already is and 2. Clearly prove that the song is for him.

I knew this song was not for army in any way, this song is for Jungkook and i'm happy he is saying the truth but also sad at the same time b/c he can't say it's about Jungkook and how he is feels about him. The moment i heard "though it's scary and we are afraid never forget we are together" and to you who saw me to be bigger greater than my tiny self. I would call Letter a hidden confession and that is the most romantic thing that blessed my ears. I think that if Jimin ever sings this song live the tears are coming. When i first heard about Face , I literally told my friend that Jungkook in someway would be included in this album and I had a thought this album was going to be something a lot more and personal and doing subtlety without noticing.

Omg yes the cut out lyrics gave the assurance for me that indeed this song has strong connection to jikook,cuz i cant relate anyone other than jk when jm mentions protect! I believe lot of things changed between them after that trip , you remember in 2021 or 2022 festa members were showing favourite items to army and jimin chose that leather jacket which he was wearing in gcf tokyo , he wore that jacket many times on different occasions and his reason for choosing that jacket was it was given by suga and jhope but all i could think was gcf tokyo. That trip holds special place in their heart and in our hearts as well❤.

Actually when you listen to the song, there is absolutely no logical reason as to why Jungkook needed to be on the track apart from that fact that Jimin just really wanted him on it. He carried the song perfectly on his own so I was wondering why Jungkook was even on it. But now I think he just wanted him on it for very different but obvious reasons. When Jungkook is there repeating what Jimin sings, it sounds more like the 'you' is him and he is saying it right back to Jimin. Now I see what they did there

Yes, if it's for the members or Army, then JK's not needed, not even as backing. JM chose JK to be there & chose to hide it cause it's meant to only be heard, not charted. The fact that it's not a duet and lyrics directly from JM's heart, makes JK's part seem more like dialogue, reaffirming what JM is saying directly to him, is understood & mutual.

@Kay Private I know Jimin loves Army a lot. That's why he gave us 5 amazing songs. But Armies really think that Jimin would wear his heart on his sleeve and write a heart-felt love song with direct references to his actual person and hints from his raw beating heart for a faceless army? Jimin loves us there is no doubt, but Letters is obviously not for us. If it were a gift for Armies, what faster it could reach every army than Spotify, KZread and every other outlet? The reason it was not released there is because it was not meant for us. We got it by pure luck. Maybe Jimin and Jungkook thought it was too beautiful a song to die in their hearts so they wanted some of us to hear it too and see how they both felt. It doesn't get more raw than letters. That song was written for somebody tangible, somebody he could touch and from whom he receives so much love and to whom he wishes to spend forever even though there are so many obstacles in their way. The track is obviously the most beautiful song on that album, even though every other song on there is a masterpiece. But one would wonder why such a beauty doesn't get an actual spot on the album?? I think the reason Letters is hidden is because Jimin was not sure he wanted it out here because it was meant for a special someone. In the end, he chose to release it as a hidden track. Jungkook had absolutely no reason to be on that song. For vocals? For what? 99.9% is sung by Jimin. The only plausible reason there can be for that is that Jimin wanted him on it and Jungkook wanted to be there too. Jimin clearly wanted to let us know who the song belongs to and that person is at the end of that song, reaffirming and claiming everything Jimin just sang.

No Tae didn't say he's been dating someone since 2019 and if he has, it is 100% not JK, esp since in 2019 is when Tae told a taekooker to get out of her imagination for saying he loves JK romantically. Dude you got you in a twist. This is a lot. You are sure you wanna deal with this? I can not for sure tell you if Jimin is dating JK or not. That is something that only they can know. But I can tell you that there is surely insane chemistry going on between those two. They could be attracted to eachother, or even madly in love. It is not as simple as admiration; admiration is what Jungkook feels for RM. It is also not friendship; friendship is what you see between him and V or Jin. It's not a mere hyung, little bro relationship; that is what you see between him and Suga or JHope. What he feels for Jimin is clearly different. It is something more enduring than fleeting love and mighter than time. Now I am not sure if they have chosen to acknowledge what we all know they both clearly feel for eachother or if they are living in denial. But if this makes you feel any better, I can swear to you that Jungkook has never had romantic feeling for Taehyung. Only highschool armies who know next to nothing about love and romance would see anything romantic about JK and Taehyung. Taehyung had a terrible crush on someone for sure but it was never on Jungkook. It was so clear who he liked but i can see he has out grown it. And Jungkook had never had any romantic feelings for V. I also can for sure tell you that that song was definitely not for Army and it was indeed for Jungkook. I am not sure what the nature of their relationship is because for me to know that I would need my Jimin head and I unfortunately don't have it. All I can tell you is Jimin clearly cares about Jungkook the most and the reverse is true. If Jungkook is just a friend, then he is a friend he loves more than he loves whoever he is dating. If he is his boyfriend, then they sure love each other a lot. I will not play expert on all things Jungkook and Jimin because they are their persons and can do that perfectly on their own without needing me. We see them for only a few minutes or hours and draw out their entire lives for them and that is so unfair. So keeping that in mind, I will not try to psycho analyze their lives for them. I will only point out the obvious things and leave the rest to them. Maybe someone Jimin trusted really hurt his feelings and good for him that he kicked their stupid asses out of his life. But come on, if it were JK that was kicked out of Jimin's life, why then is he on that same album that is allegedly about him breaking Jimin's heart, but in the only song in which Jimin seems o demonstrate to us that regardless of all the hurt, the pain, the confusion, he is in a good place because he has someone who always picks him up, dusts him and cheers him on to new heights? Why is he interacting with Jungkook like he just didn't burst his ass out on every music platform? Why is Jungkook behaving like Jimin's album is a shared victory between the both of them? And if you have any idea how real life works, trust me, Jungkook would not be as excited about that album or the songs if even just one of them was calling him out on his shit. He would be cramped up somewhere licking his wounds and not vibing to the songs. And breaking hearts and trust doesn't always allude to a person you are in a relationship with. Sometimes it's a friend, or family that breaks your heart. Jungkook and Jimin's relationship regardless or what it is, is as healthy as can be. They are good, even great. They are looking out for eachother. Jungkook can't contain his excitement for Jimin's first solo project. And if somebody really hurt Jimin, he clearly showed not to worry about that in Letters when he demonstrated that above everything else that happened, he had someone he could rely on from the beginning and he wanted to keep him with him for the rest of his life. The message was clear. Bring it on, i have someone who's got me regardless. Don't get it twisted. I actually think he deleted his Instagram just in time to give more room for Jimin to shine and gain more followers although it has not worked out as he planned. Jungkook is pure dude. I love Jimin more than anyone but between the two of them, Jimin is more likely to cheat on Jungkook than Jungkook is likely to cheat on him if they are in a relationship so relax, Jimin got this. I Stan him for a reason.

I usually don't ship or trying to get their personal life's, but as an objective observation 1) JK was looking so lonely in his weverse lives and suddenly the day JIMIN arrived from US to Korea there was a totally different Jungkook on live happy eating instead of drinking alcohol 2) when Jimmy Fallon asked JIMIN if they see each other he said JHOPE and Suga.....everyone never mentioned Jungkook (because probably they live together? ) 3) when I heard LETTER it was clearly for one person as the lyrics were suggesting and WHO sings the song with? JUNGKOOK 4) ON weverse under Jimins photo with the tracks he just said :congratulations. Well if he wasn't seeing or being with JIMIN he would ask more, how you feel how was it in US etc which to me seems like he already knew ❤BORAHAE ARMY ❤

Exactly! It’s not a coincidence that when Jimin came back all of the sudden he was all happy and eating and dancing and going back to his usual goofy self. Sorry to anyone who doesn’t like Twilight but when Jimin was gone, Jungkook reminded me of how Bella was losing her mind in New Moon when Edward was gone. They really have the kind of romance that you read about in books. Now that his soulmate is back his heart is healed and it’s like he can breathe again. ❤

Also the weverse live pattern , his lives were whenever JM was busy with work or out of korea . Jm never missed to watch and comment jk's live irrespective of the time zone or work schedule!! This itself speaks volumes of their bond.

It's a hidden song, so it's a secret and it will remain that way, the 6:13 mark (debut day) and that it's on the 7th track (members) was intended and i believe it was also planned for a explanation for armys who don't see between the lines...

@@anni-102 I completely agree with you! The army references are a safe cover in my opinion. I just can't get past him featuring JK on it. If it were Jimin's letter solely to army, it would have nothing to do with JK, he has his own separate relationship with army. Yet JK is on backing vocals on such a personal song and in such a beautifully calculated way. (The timing of JK's vocals coming in during the climax, bouncing off Jimin's words as if affirming them, was perfect!) So IMO it's the perfect song to wrap the safety of Jimin's appreciation for army around his deep love for JK.

I knew from the very beginning that these two were romantically together. I never stopped believing in these two. Jimin and Jungkook love each other and it is clearly obvious. This song letter was written about their love for each other and how much Jikook love each other. I will always and forever be a Jikook fan. But nothing they say or do is going to change one dynamic of JM and JK's relationship! So, there is no benefit for them camping in these channels. Like those who are complaining about his album/songs etc., well most of them provided support for those too in order to just turn around and complain about it, they clearly are not thinking about the big picture and how they are part of "count" when the numbers are being computed. Well if you're claiming this, then its no stretch to say JK putting 23:08 (11:08) GCF upload date, in his story was on purpose & JM mentioning 2315 in his ment on the 2315 day from 11/08/15 was also no coincidence. You can't pick and choose what math/timestamps to accept & what to ignore. If you accept one as no coincidence, then all should be accepted.
