    keep a tab on the heart beat. it should be always well within the limits which is based on your age. Monitor your heart beat after each work out. Make sure you take enough rest and check the heart beat (using a Smart watch) before starting next set..;)

    My first day at Vijofitness Trainer instruct to me maximum 30min limited exercise allowed . I tried to do more they told me come tomorrow day by day we will increase intensity.     Important question is post the Covid infection, is it safe to go to gym and continue high intensity workouts? I have seen some doctor videos in utube telling that "after covid heart health is on the low side for some months and you need to rest properly for that time period".     @@kannang3606 you tell bro, I don't have much clue about this actually. I had covid back on the month of June. Vaccine eduthit 2 days kazhinj anu covid vannath. Covid karanam kurach adhikam complications undayi, neurological issues. Got admitted to hospital for nearly 2 weeks. Brain spine MRI, LP, Blood culture ellam chyndi vannu. So doctor thanne paranjath don't go for second dose vaccine unless we instruct. Neuro doctors umayt case discuss chynm enn anu paranjath, covid kond ano Vaccine kond ano budhimutt undaye ennu they are not sure. So there is a high possibility of side effects for the vax. We know this is not long tested.
