I'm such a big fan of Jim Lee. I was wondering when he will be drawing for a series again. Justice League (New 52) and Suicide Squad (Rebirth) were a while ago. Please draw a regular series soon! I think a Martian Manhunter or Hawkman series would be fantastic.

HUGE JIM LEE FAN. Wanted to preface with that so I’m not attacked here. But I have to ask everyone.... Did the right lower leg on this drive anyone else as crazy as me?? The anatomy is totally off, which is something he’s a stickler about. Drove me so crazy that every time he showed the full thing in frame, I couldn’t notice anything but that damned right leg 🤣 Still an incredible drawing, of course.

What comic and issue is this cover for? Is it a variant?

What kind of paper do you use??

Why is that when Jim uses various shading methods on one body part, it looks natural, but when I try it, it looks like a Jackson Pollock painting?

Is it wrong that i use jim lee's methods to draw? From the skeletons to the ink, i follow how he does it , not as good obviously but i tend to remember his techniques often

Not wrong at all. The best way to learn is by following the examples from the greats.
