HBO saw the decline of boxing coming from a mile off. They aren't soft-the audience isn't there to match the budget. They were hemorraging money.

He has done 1.3 million PPV vs Tank with none of this nonsense. It doesn't fly with me that he's acting crazy to promote the fight, or it doesn't make sense to me anyway. This fight could've been sold better with them both focused-they fought six times as amateurs; there's so much history. Ryan is setting himself up to blame his mindset when he gets absolutely eviscerated by Haney. He is a mentally fragile person and fighter, and he isn't cut out for this; 99.999% of people aren't; there's no shame in it.

Being 36 and growing up and watching boxing since I was a kid … this dudes voice is iconic … I feel like I’m 5-15 years old watching hbo boxing with my family and life is simple

Ryan is literally fooling everyone lol, the kid knows how social media works and how to stay relevant and he's willing to play the part knowing it's garnishing attention. The kid is a healthy professional boxer. He knows we are all tuning in because of his "crazy" antics. He's the reason why this fight is selling well and people are clicking in. Say what you want but Ryan is smart and knows what he's doing.

I think Ryan is surrounded and engulfed in a lot of negative reality bearing down on him and he is trying to maintain by focusing intense anger on an opponent.
