38:45 this is by far one of the funniest and most fkd up stories/ribs I’ve ever heard in my entire life. But I mean, if you’re gullible enough to fall for it, then it’s kinda hard to feel bad for you honestly.

Oh my gosh, I've heard this story so many times and I swear it gets better and better every time. I can't believe that you'd have that much trust for someone that you'd be gullible enough to go along with that prank. If one of my buddies tried to pull that joke on me I'd probably give them a swift kick below the belt. Smh, it's amazingly ridiculous how trusting and how gullible the guy was in this story. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Cornette still thinks 1980s Memphis wrestling could draw huge $. 😅

Cornette has always said that taking that wrestling and running it today wouldn't draw, but taking the mentality of 1970s and 1980s wrestling and adapting it to a modern presentation would. And with the lead up to Wrestlemania this year, especially what the Rock did to Cody in the rain on Raw, just shows that, yet again, Cornette was right.

No, more like what they've been doing with Cody/Rock/Roman, and Punk/Rollins/Drew. Stuff that is taken seriously and blurs the lines well enough that it makes the audience question what's a work and what's a shoot.
